Full Job Description
Examines barrel staves after jointing: Examines $T3bilge of stave$T1 and rejects those not conforming to specification. Examines and rejects staves containing defects, such as knots, wormholes, and checks. Ties accepted staves into bundles, or arranges and fits staves by width between stops of matching rack until total number of staves equals desired barrel circumference. May grade staves for quality of work and record production and results of examination.
